Membrane shutters are a popular choice in the furniture industry due to their versatility and aesthetic appeal. They are made by applying special PVC Thermolaminates on HDHMR (High-Density High Moisture Resistant) or HDF (High Density Fiberboard) using a Membrane press. The key advantage of membrane panels is their ability to be moulded, allowing for endless design possibilities.
They can be customized with details like grooves, routing, flutes and more, providing designers and homeowners with the flexibility to create unique and eye-catching furniture.

Crafted using German Renolit 3D thermolaminates, which are multilayered and highly flexible foils, providing exceptional mechanical strength. They are also coated with a specially developed primer on the backside for additional bonding strength. These are extremely durable , stain and fade resistant.
Membrane shutters are made using mouldable thermolaminates, which can be shaped to fit any design. The manufacturing process eliminates the need for unsightly edge banding tapes, resulting in a flawless, seamless finish.
CNC machines make it possible to carve a variety of shapes, offering infinite possibilities for detailing that cannot be achieved with standard flat shutters. This technology enables the production of flat, routed, grooved, and shaker doors, each with its unique style and design.
There are more than 39 color options available, that are offered in a range of finishes, including Plain Matt, Super Matt, Hi Gloss, and Wood Grain. Each finish provides a unique look and feel to suit various preferences and styles.
These shutters are made using specialized machinery and software which takes away the need for skilled labor. High end finishes can be achieved quickly at a fraction of the cost. Same finish can be obtained/achieved even after years if a replacement is required unlike PU or wooden shutters which depends on the skill of the polisher
